Q1. Are you manufacture or trading company?

We are manufacture with more than 16 years experience in vending machine, coffee vending machine, ice maker, car EV charger R&D, manufacturing, sales and marketing. We Yile has been honored as China National High-tech enterprise. Our factory covers an area of 52,000 square meters, which is located at No.100 Changda Road, Hangzhou Linping Economical and Technological Development Zone. Welcome your visit!

Q2. What language does your machine support?

Currently our machine support Chinese, English, Russia, French, Spanish, Thai, Vietnamese. If you have request on other language, we can add for you as long as you are willing to help for translation.

Q3. Can your machine support our local payment in my country?

Our vending machine has finished integration with ITL bill validator (NV9), CPI coin changer C2, Gryphon, besides C3, CC6100. As for cashless payment system, our machine has finished integration with Nayax and PAX. As long as the above mentioned payment system covers currency of your country, then it is supported.  Besides, IC or ID card which can be applied in any country.

Q4. Can your machine support mobile QR code payment?

Yes, but it needs to do integration with your local e-wallet first. We can provide the payment protocol file of our machine.

Q5. Supposing I have hundreds of machines and I want to change all the machine recipe, do I have to change the setting on each machine one by one?

To change the recipe setting, please log in LE web management system via web browser on your computer and click “ Push” to send recipe to all the machines.

Q6. How Can I receive notification on my mobile phone if the machine is lacking for coffee beans or any fault happens?

Please use your wechat to bind with our web management system program, then you will receive notification about the machine on your wechat if any fault happens.

Q7. Can I buy a sample for testing? What's your MOQ?

Yes, we do provide samples before mass order. But we suggest you purchasing at least two or three machines at a time since you may need to compare and test repeatedly. Distributors or operators are requested to have his own technical team get trained in the local.

Q8. What’s the delivery time if I place an order?

Usually about 30 working days, for accurate production time, please send us an inquiry.

Q9. How about warranty and aftersales support ?

All products have 12 months warranty after delivery. Besides, we have professional after-sales engineer who will provide on-line guidance by videos or photos.

Q10. How can we become your distributor in my country?
