Packing & Shipping
Sample is suggested to be packed in wooden case and PE foam inside for better protection since there is big touch screen which is easy broken. While PE foam only for full container shipping
1.Is there any warranty?
One year warranty after delivery. We promise to provide free spare parts if any quality issue during warranty.
2.How often do we need to main the machine?
Since it’s fresh ground coffee vending machine, there’s waste water and coffee dry waste produced daily.
It’s suggested to clean them away daily to keep clean and healthy. Besides, it’s not suggested to put too much coffee beans or instant powder inside the machine at a time to guarantee its best taste.
3.If we have more machines, can we set up the recipe remotely to all the machine instead of going to set on site one by one ?
Yes, you may set up all the recipe on web management system on computer and simply push to all of your machines at one click.
4.How long will it take to make a cup of coffee?
Generally speaking about 30~45 seconds.
5. How about packing material for this machine?
The standard packing is PE foam. for sample machine or shipping by LCL, it is suggested to be packed in plywood case with Fumigation tray.
6. Attentions for shipping ?
Since this machine is composed of arylic panel on the door, it has to avoid hitting or beating violently. It is not allowed to ship this machine on its side or upside down. Otherwise, the parts inside may lose it’s position and become malfunction.
7. How many units could be filled up inside full container?
About 27 units in a 20GP container while about 57units inside a 40′ft container
